AVS rules require boarded dogs to be vaccinated, finished at least two weeks before the stay. If your vet has advised against a vaccine, tell Ruth before booking.

Can you give my dog’s medication?

Tell us each medicine, the dose and the times when you book. Ruth will confirm what the team can manage before you travel.

What if my dog needs a vet during the stay?

Give us your vet’s clinic and phone number and an emergency contact when you register, and we will agree what to do with you before the stay begins.

Do you take dogs in palliative care?

Yes. Message Ruth about your dog’s condition and needs, and she will talk it through with you before booking.
